Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Siren platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Siren Audio Stories ("Siren", "we", "us", or "our") provides an audio marketplace and streaming platform. By registering an account, uploading content, or listening to audio on Siren, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to use Siren due to the nature of mature content hosted on the platform.

3. Creator Monetization & Payments

Creators on Siren may monetize their content through direct sales, subscriptions, or tips. Siren operates on a revenue-share model.

Revenue Split

Creators retain 85% of the net revenue generated from their content. Siren retains 15% as a platform fee to cover hosting, bandwidth, and development costs. Payment processing fees are deducted prior to the split.

Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe or PayPal once your balance exceeds $50.00 USD. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings.

4. Content Policy

Siren hosts a variety of audio content, including fantasy, roleplay, and mature themes. However, strictly illegal content is prohibited.

Prohibited Content Includes:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence.
  • Non-consensual content or content depicting sexual violence.
  • Content involving minors in any capacity.
  • Copyrighted material that you do not hold the rights to.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies without prior notice and to suspend accounts of repeat offenders.

5. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload to Siren. By uploading content, you grant Siren a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transfer, display, perform, and distribute your content on the Service.

This license is solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service. You may terminate this license by deleting your content from the Service.
